Job Description

The job role of Program Organiser is critical to the overall success of the various programs which Shaishav will be running. Program Organizer will be directly involved in the execution and delivery of the programs and will be directly reporting to the Program Organizer, Aaranyak, project. The person will be based in Narmada district

Key Responsibilities:

Content preparation for different activities under Aashramshalas and Child Friendly Villages programs.

Preparing Annual and Monthly plans of Aaranyak programs.

Supporting program facilitators which include training the facilitators, observing the sessions and giving feedback to facilitators.

Build rapport with Principals, teachers and Management of the Aashramshalas as well as parents, community leaders and PRI members.

Actively participate in team meetings and facilitate sessions during the major events.

Monitoring of the program execution on the field.

Create templates for data collection based on the reporting structure.

Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual donor progress reports.

Create and execute evaluation tools to capture and assess the impact of the program.

Promoting Shaishav activities in social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc

Eligibility Criteria

Desired Qualification & Skills:

Graduate of any field with minimum 3 to 5 years of working with children through academics or non-academics.

Candidates should have good working knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati (preferred).

Candidates should have good computer knowledge of using MS Office, Internet etc.

Candidates with prior experience as a Teacher Trainer or Content developer will be preferred
