Job Description

Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: New Delhi

Reports to: Executive Director

Salary range : 50-60 K (negotiable according to experiences)

No of Positions: 1

Key responsibilities :

Resource Mobilization

·       Network with key Partners

·       Network and Maintain relationships with key Funding Partners

·       Write (as and when necessary) Collate and Edit proposals

·       Edit Budgets for programs

·       Ensure optimum utilization of current Funds

Programs

·       Input in Designing programs

·       Monitor and evaluate efficacy of programs based on SMART parameters

·       Identify needs for collaboration with NGOs and individuals according to budget feasibility

·       Network and maintain relationships with resource person(s)/organization(s) as and when needs arise for collaboration

·       Make site visits as and when necessary

·       Fill in for roles as and when required

HRM

·       Supervise and attend to needs of Programs team

·       Identify openings and conduct suitable interviews for positions in the organization

·       Follow up on requisitions made by Program Manager, if required.

·       Identify needs, and build capacity (through collaboration or otherwise) of the Team

·       Create and ensure healthy team spirit, and adherence and addition of values to that of PRATYeK

·       Take responsibility for conducting timely meetings

·       Ensure smooth and comfortable functioning of activities of the team through ensuring equitable job task, and time and resources for each job task

Documentation

·       Collate, write and edit Annual Reports

·       Collate and supervise monthly reports for, and from the team

·       Create and edit Resource material for the organization

Requirement : MSW or MA Sociology or related field of study

Experience : 5-8 year of experiences
