Job Description

This is a key position in organisation’s individual Fundraising operations and involves management of acquisition and retention program


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the individual fundraising plan

• Develop, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and new donors in order to maximize fundraising potential and support retention. Identify and contact prospects which lead to continuous giving

• Develop and implement programs aimed at cultivating deeper ties with current donors

• Identify and implement alternative and innovative fundraising possibilities

• Analyse and improve the donor communications cycle for regular giving

• Impart training to increase productivity

• Perform analysis to improve processes

• Ensure data in updated in the relationship management software

• Prepare and disseminate reports to stakeholders

Compensation:

Compensation package will be amongst the best and will commensurate with qualification and experience

Eligibility Criteria

Required qualification, experience and skills:

• Graduate. Additional degree in Fundraising / MBA / or any other relevant degree preferred

• Five years plus of experience in fundraising (Individual)

• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills

• Result orientated and self-starter

• Strong analytical skill

• Ability to meet timelines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English
