Job Description

We are looking for a professional in the social development field who is result oriented and can work independently and is motivated by a strong desire to learn, grow, and innovate. Planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation skills, as well as experience working in rural areas, are necessary. He or she will be in charge of successful project execution:

• Project Implementation Planning

• Design and develop project strategies including communication and execution strategies.

• Developing Training Resources for rural communities on health, nutrition and livelihoods

• Evaluate and develop Monitoring tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity.

• Undertake regular monitoring field visits.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress meetings with the team.

• Keep in regular touch with the team and provide guidance on the project activities. Supervise and support the f teams in conducting activities.

• Support the project team in designing and developing the training manuals and directly conduct the trainings when required.

• Ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports) in coordination with project team.

• Responsible for monthly review meetings with senior management and donors

• Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Maintain regular coordination and communication with community representatives to build and enhance their ownership.

• Establish and manage relationships with donor, partners and all key stakeholders.

• Periodic Insights Studies for Documenting Lessons Learned from the Program.

• End of the Program Insights Study to compile Key Lessons from the project

• Any other tasks, as assigned by the seniors.

Reporting: He/she will report directly to Director – Programs

Remuneration will be on par with the norms in Social sector and on candidate’s experience. Approximately INR 40-45,000.

Qualifications and Experience required: MBA Marketing or MSW with over five years of experience and interest in social development sector as well as worked experience in health, nutrition, livelihoods and marketing
