Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation framework for existing programmes and for new programmes
• Develop programme output, outcome and impact indicators to track progress
• Monitor all programme activities and progress from time to time and recommend further improvement of the logical framework and tools
• Provide feedback to the senior management and team on programme strategies and activities and suggest strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme
• Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all programme activities to the Head of Research and management
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to the programme team
• Assist the school engagement team and content team with M&E tools
• Data collation, analysis, maintaining database and preparation of monthly MIS reports
• Organise and conduct training on M&E/MIS for the programme team
• Reports on the findings and lessons learned from programme interventions from time to time
• Hiring and coordination with research agencies

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
Master’s Degree, preferably in Social Work, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Experience:
• At least 7-8 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
• Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS and Dashboard
• Expertise in analysing data using statistical software
• Strong training and facilitation skills
Other:
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• In-depth knowledge of MIS, M&E, statistical tools for analysis
• Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology
• Sensitivity and responsiveness towards all stakeholders
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
• Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view
