DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designing and developing assessment tools, need based training material
2. Preparation and design of various types of reports/documentation including audio visual e.g. Monthly reports, Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports, internal-external review meeting PPTs
3. Supporting and assisting in writing funding/ grant proposals, research proposals, concept notes etc
4. Documenting all session, events, case studies, process of group formation and program related activities. Compiling and analysing field reports, data and emerging into a consolidated report, handling social media
5. Manage data capture, storage, analysis and reports.
6. Any other activities in-line with documentation assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Educational qualification: Master’s Degree
Preferable if has at least 1 year of experience of working in the development sector in community based projects with prior experience of documentation, reporting and process documentation. Freshers can apply too.

1. Able to be conversant and excellent writing in English and Hindi
