Job Summary: The specific responsibilities include:

? Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Child Health and Nutrition Centres (Balwadi) and Education Centres (Shiksha Kendra) that CLRA is running in brick kilns in Bhilwara, Rajasthan

? Monitoring and coordinating the work of Balwadi facilitators and Shiksha Kendra teachers

? Facilitating and documenting all field activities proposed in project documents

? Liaising with village, block, and district level officials to achieve project targets

? Supporting CLRA in its ongoing research and advocacy efforts

Report to: District Coordinator, Bhilwara

Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Remuneration: The salary for this role is INR 1.89 lakhs per annum on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, negotiable for higher relevant experience. Project-related travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the norms of the organisation.
