Role Details

• Reports to: Head of Planning & Performance (HPP).
• Responsible for: The SPLFC is primarily responsible for providing support to the operations of BI in the domain of Funds & Communication (FC). This would include budget, planning, provide direction, mentoring to the FC team.
• Reporting Team: Two Information Communication Officers.
• As a member of the BI Senior Management Team (SMT), the SPLFC in addition to their primary role, will contribute as an advisor on the administrative and programmatic management of the organisation.
• Employment Type: The position shall be on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). A probationary period of 3 months is applicable.
• Location: Based in the BI Head Office at NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (Delhi NCR) with 50% travel within the country to meet programmatic needs; and occasional wider international travel.
