Saksham is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join the team and support the day-to-day operations, as well as activities of the Human Resources unit of the organisation. The key responsibilities of the selected applicant will include the following:
a. Facilitating the process of hiring new candidates.
b. Processing and maintaining employee data.
c. Contributing to formulation and implementation of organisation's policies.
d. Carrying out all other day to day activities related to office administration
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
• Knowledge of all fundamental labor laws, legislations and HR policies
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good command over MS office applications and internet
• The candidate should have good work ethics and value systems, including confidentiality and integrity.
• The candidate should be willing to travel as per the job requirement
Experience and qualification
MBA In HR or an equivalent degree from any recognised university.
2 years prior experience in the field of human resource management and administration
