Job Responsibilities:

• To assist DMC, in strengthening the MIS of the project to ensure all reporting compliances are timely.

• Provide technical support to the field team on framing and implementing the MIS framework with measurable indicators.

• Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against the objectives and goals of the projects.

• Strengthening the quality of data through monitoring visits to the CGPP field areas to triangulate and validate the data quality.

• Assist DMC in developing the questionnaire and conducting rapid survey/research using open-source data collection tools such as KoBo Toolbox.

• Build the capacity of the field functionaries (Block Mobilization Coordinators (BMCs) and Mobilization Mitras (MMs) for data analysis and use of data in decision-making.

• Documenting case studies, best practices, and learning of the project.

• Preparing the Weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

• Keeping systematic records of program reports, checklists, etc.

• Participate in review meetings, provide input, and share observations and analysis in the program review meeting held at block, districts, and CORE PCI levels.

• Any other task assigned time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Skills and experience:

• Three to five years of experience in the relevant field.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team.

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills

• Strong sense of professional commitment and maturity

• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Good computer literacy and must have strong knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
