Job Description

GSK is looking for 8 teachers for science, math & English who will be responsible for looking after their respective subjects and teach through activity based methods to adolescent girls of classes 9th & 10th. Praxis of alternate pedagogy to make the adolescent girls love learning simultaneously developing their mindset and skills. The teacher will be responsible for- 1-Ensuring growth in academics(respective subject) of the girls 2- Ensuring development of progressive mindset in the girls. 3- To liaison with local institutions like Gram Panchayat, School Administration, community etc for the smooth functioning of the programme. 4- Making regular reports on the advancement of the girls in their respective subjects.

Salary- 13000-15000 (Gross, per month)

Qualifications and Skills Required

1-Preferred Masters in English or other relevant fields complementing the criteria of the Umang Programme. Bachelors degree with required skill set will be considered too.
