Job Description

Timings: 9am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday

Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi


Role & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

? Understanding requirements, drafting JD, identifying appropriate platforms &

Posting of Job Adverts on various job platforms, social sites and ETASHA website.

? First Level Screening, calling and Shortlisting candidates as per the defined

process.

? Verifying the documents submitted by New Joinees, ensuring all required

documents are received and maintained as per defined processes.

2. Induction

? Ensuring the Induction of new employees is carried out as per defined processes

including giving access to relevant emails and Whats app groups.

? Handing over the Joining Kit (ETASHA Diary, I Card, Visiting cards etc.) as per the

role requirement.

Sharing relevant information about new employee with Accounts team.

3. Documentation and Data base management

? Drafting and preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Project Based

contractual letters, Relieving letter and other letters as per the requirement.

? Updating and maintaining Employee Database including training and

development information.

4. Performance Assessment

? Maintaining and tracking data, issuing forms and tracking the process to ensure

timely completion of assessments as per defined process and appropriate

feedback is given and letters issued to employees.

5. Exit

? Ensuring the exit of an employee after acceptance of resignation by

Management is smooth and hassle-free.

? Ensuring exit interviews are conducted by the appropriate person(s).

6. Any other assignments as may be given by the management

5. Inherently, a people-oriented, empathetic person.

6. Experience of working in the Development Sector will be an advantage

Note: All our positions include traveling to the project centres/visiting the sites and

communities. Willingness to travel between the centres primarily located in Delhi and Haryana, is a must.
