Job Description

Manage the IT operation and security including WI-FI and Servers and responsible for smooth operation of the IT Department deliver cost-effective IT Services & target 99.9% systems availability with agreed SLA`s and managing all Business Applications.

Provide Complete IT Solutions, Services and Support to EPCH Employee of Delhi and Regional Offices Like Purchase, Installation, Upgradation, Policy Deployments, Updates of Hardware, Software, Firewall Security, Antivirus, Operating System, Windows Servers, Virtual Meeting and Webinars on Video Conference Systems and Online Portals, Bulk SMS Software, Bulk E-Mailing Software and Network Related issues diagnosing, Troubleshoot and resolve as soon as possible Detail Description as per below: -

Maintain, Manage and update IT Hardware Assets List of EPCH Delhi & Regional Offices and issue as per approval and requirement.

Network Management: Installation, Configure and Monitor performance of IT Network Infrastructure (Lan Switches, Routers, Access Points, Firewalls) & Troubleshoot or Maintain systems and It Equipment’s according to requirements.

Regular Upgrades and Updates of hardware and Software.

E-Mail Marketing for promotion and publicity to Overseas Buyers, Domestic Buyers & Buying Agents on daily basis.

Coordination & regular communication with Services Provider/Vendors
