OUTREACH Association of Volunteers for Rural Development is an NGO established in May 1993 with its registered office at 205, HBR Layout Bengaluru. Currently, it operates in five states namely, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu

Education : B.sc Agri, Masters in Rural Development/ social science/ or related discipline.

Experience in Agriculture and livelihood for about 3-5 years.

Skills required :

• Community mobilization and Program implementation

• Program Monitoring

• Liasoning with Donor Agencies.

• Documentation in English

• Computer skills

• Good verbal communication in Kannada

• Written and verbal communication skill in English

Outreach is a leading resource and training organization in participatory approaches and established training/project centres in Bidar, Bagalkot, Ballari and Gauribidanur in Karnataka, Madanapalli, Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, Bhadrachalam in Telanagana, Sukma in Chattisgargh and Hosur inTamilNadu. OUTREACH is managed by its Executive Committee.
