Job Description

Position for full time job timing 10-6 pm Monday to Saturday.

Coordination

Liaise with the school teachers/ coordinators and the Music and Arts School coordinator to ensure proper communication, flow of information between the two ends

Maintain a database of students and activities per department and analysing the attendance data

Oversee event operations. Coordinate with programme heads for production requirements, logistics including transport, food etc.

Undertaking surveys to understand the need of the community, students and the vision of the course

End-to-end coordination for outdoor events which includes logistical needs, documentation and coordination with school teachers

Assist the Music and Arts School coordinator in developing the programme

Maintenance & Storage

Inventory management which includes taking stock of the furnitures, electricals, instruments and all the other utility materials

Maintenance of the instruments for necessary repair.

Coordinate with the support staff to ensure regular cleaning of the Music and Arts School and the Terrace Performing Area

Accounts

Raising requisition when needed, maintaining an account of Music and Arts School expenses and share with/ pass on to the Accounts department for disbursal

Follow up with vendors for quotation of any new items and also procurement whenever needed

Documentation

Documentation of events including writing reports and taking photos which fall under the scope of Music and Arts School.
