Job Description

Project Coordinators (Posts: 1)

Salary: As per experience(Rs. 15,000 to 25,000)

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information

• Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Traveling to project location, Liaison with Government officials and other agencies, Meeting with Govt. Officials, Clients, etc.

• Ensuring that stakeholder’s needs are met as the project evolves

• Maintaining project documentation

• Ensuring project deliverables against action plan

• Guide internal team to deliver results on deadline

• To ensure that all work of projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards

• Analyze risks and opportunities

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports on Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual basis and submission of reports to agencies

• Develop project designs and operational strategies for target groups.

• Develop strategies for internal and external stakeholder engagement by proactive and frequent communication/reviews

• Preparing, Managing and reviewing project budget and recommend appropriate utilization of Funds.

Project Supervisor (Post: 1)

Salary: As per experience(Rs. 10,000 to 18,000)

• Direct work under Project Coordinator

• Household Survey and area profile mapping

• Collect real data from field (Feedback, Experience, Problems, making routes etc)

• Communication and Interaction with Local People

• Ensure proper cleaning and daily waste collection in the pilot/selected area

• To interact with stakeholders on weekly basis for strengthening field operation

• Conduct cleanliness events for the target population at a regular interval

• Organize awareness activities and stakeholder Meeting

• Maintenance of all relevant records

• To discuss key/critical issues with project coordinator and establish/find proper solution

• Send monthly summary report to Project Coordinator

• Mentor and guide the team (waste workers) at a regular interval

• Ensure there is proper coordination among the stakeholders and team (waste workers)

• Ensure the guidelines are followed by the team (waste workers) e.g. Proper Dress code, Personal. protective equipments etc

• Ensure all the tools, equipment and rickshaws are properly maintained
