Job Role:

Psychologist (MA in Clinical Psychology)

Role Summary:

To provide psychotherapeutic and counselling services to individuals, groups and families, spread awareness regarding mental health in a community set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

-Reporting and documentation

-To undertake one on one counselling and mental health assessments with clients

frontline health workers, teachers, medical officers etc

-Developing and implementing workshops and group sessions with community members

-Undertaking mental health curriculum with school students

-Designing and implementing innovative mental health awareness campaigns with diverse populations

-Liaising and coordinating with local community organizations towards expanding mental health awareness

-Some responsibilities may be further streamlined as per specific project requisites.

-Well-versed in practical application of psychometric and therapeutic principles

-Previous experience of providing counselling/psychotherapeutic services and group work

-Open to and interested in working with people from all diverse socio-cultural backgrounds

-Open to travel, working in rural and semi-urban settings

-Innovative and strategic thinker, result-driven and enthusiastic to learn and evolve

-Excellent communication skills spoken and written Hindi and English

-A team player and mental health advocate
