Job Description

Job Responsibility:

- Support in marketing, market linkages and enterprise development

- Orientation, skill and capacity building of small farmer entrepreneur groups

- Create and maintain record keeping and proper documentation of the work given

- Strategy development, quality assurance, timely procurement and sale

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 3–5-year experience in rural marketing and enterprise development

- Person should be familiar with the Himalayan geography, its culture and issues

- Prior experience in agriculture, agri-business, entrepreneurship development and marketing

Skills:

- Strong networking skills and leadership ability

- Good communication skills

- Proficient in MS-word, excel and power point etc.

- Ability and willingness to travel to interior areas as per work requirement

- Capacity to work with minimal supervision
