Spirit Of The Earth, a retail oulet which offers wide range of organic heritage rice varieties and rice based products is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us grow our business strategies.
- discovering and pursuing new sales prospects amongst various trade channels
- negotiating listing fees and and maintaining customer (trade partner) satisfaction.

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking with key accounts.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
5. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in Tamil. Working knowledge of English is encouraged.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
