Admin and Finance Coordinator: Dindigul Agreement


Job status: Full-time

Supervisor: Program Coordinator

Location: Bangalore/Dindigul


Workers Trust of India (WTI) is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organized Admin and Finance Coordinator to work with our team in implementing the Dindigul Agreement to End Gender-based Violence and Harassment.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :


•Developing financial project reports, financial analysis and monitoring reports for the oversight committee

•Supporting team on HR-related topics, such as recruitment, case management and the application of staff regulations

•Project administration

•Preparing quarter/yearly budget

•Coordinate periodic meetings regarding finance and admin;

•Managing the correctness and completeness of the financial administration including the validation of invoices

•Flexibility on travelling to filed location often


Competencies:


•Strong English language skills, both speaking and writing

•At least 3 years experience in financial project control and reporting within the non-profit sector.

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/quickbook

•Experience in project administration in an international organisation with various income sources and donors is a strong plus

•Experience in risk management and donor compliance

•Strong, flexible, team player with the ability to manage challenging tasks independently, and able to cope with deadlines

Benefits


Salary : 4,80,000 INR per year

Contract term : 3 years
