Qualification & Experience – BSW/ MSW/ MBA with 9 to 10 years of experience in the Development/

Sector

CTC – Salary will commensurate with experience.

Location – Noida

Primary Objective: Donor Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Management, Implementation, and

Operations of Projects

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff

Responsible for the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning,

budgeting, action plans and monitor processes.

Assist in streamlining the livelihood function of the society.

Responsible for submitting narrative report, progress reports, meeting minutes on regular basis

to the donor.

Preparation and submission of annual report as well as monthly and quarterly reports and

sending of new funding requests.

Develop mobilization strategy for the program aligning vision and mission of organization.

Essential Job Requirement:

Good Communication skills

Experience in livelihood/ employment generation

Added advantage for knowledge of Disability Sector

Added advantage for knowing Indian Sign Language
