postgraduate in mechanical engineering, and design with 2-3 years experience in product design and /or improvement, preferably in farm machinery

demonstrated skill in product design, design audit, hands-on person, who can work with grassroots innovators and help them design and improve the efficiency of their devices

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - ME/M.Tech

a post-graduate designer from IIT or NIT, or some other reputed colleges, or NID, IDC, etc., with a deep interest in co-creating more efficient and frugal designs in collaboration with farmer innovators or artisans or mechanics
