A perfect candidate would have handled production units where multiple items are made. Exposure to working with creating product designs on computer is essential.

Overall Job Description

1. Decide on products digital/ creative

2. Create the work-flow for the interns

3. Setting goals for the unit

4. Decide on production quantity

5. Innovation and latest technology usage

6. Liaise with unit heads of vocational units

7. Quality control of the products

8. Creative outlook

As a supervisor:

1. Planning on the workflow and the production schedule

2. Research on the kind of products that can be made and to reduce the low volume products

3. Have exposure to the design process

4. Execute the decided upon production plan

5. Supervision of workers
