The Trust caters to all socio –economic sections of society and has established various innovative and need based projects, focusing on dementia care, active ageing, elder abuse, social integration, economic empowerment and awareness and advocacy . NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work and join a multidisciplinary team as:

Manager - Resource Mobilization.

Location: Kasturinagar, Bangalore.

Qualifications

total work: 5 years (Preferred)

· Master’s degree

· Candidate with 5-6 years’ experience related to Resource Mobilizations and CSR is preferred

· Should be agreeable to travel within city.

Skills Required:

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Fund raising and result orientated drive.

· Excellent communication skills in English / fluency in local language would be an advantage.

· Proposal writing and Report writing and necessary computer skills.

· Presentation skills.

· Ability to design proposals in line with donor/ grant requirements and including result frameworks and budgeting.

· Candidate with proven track record in developing winning concept notes and project proposals will be preferred.

Salary: As per Industry Norms.
