Job Description

Nightingales Medical Trust (NMT) is a not for profit, non-governmental organisation working for the cause of elderly care and dementia care for nearly 25 years. The Trust caters to all socio –economic sections of society and has established various innovative and need based projects, focusing on dementia care, active ageing, elder abuse, social integration, economic empowerment and awareness and advocacy . NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work and join a multidisciplinary team as:

Manager - Resource Mobilization.

Location: Kasturinagar, Bangalore.


total work: 5 years (Preferred)

· Master’s degree

· Candidate with 5-6 years’ experience related to Resource Mobilizations and CSR is preferred

· Should be agreeable to travel within city.

Skills Required:

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Fund raising and result orientated drive.

· Excellent communication skills in English / fluency in local language would be an advantage.

· Proposal writing and Report writing and necessary computer skills.

· Presentation skills.

· Ability to design proposals in line with donor/ grant requirements and including result frameworks and budgeting.

· Candidate with proven track record in developing winning concept notes and project proposals will be preferred.

Salary: As per Industry Norms.

This 98 bed facility provides the whole range of services required to manage Dementia under one roof. All the features essential to a dementia-friendly facility, so as to encourage independence and social interaction, promote safety and enable activities of daily living are incorporated in this 4-storied building. A central courtyard, lawn, paved walk, gazebo, water fountain and a garden provide a quiet oasis for the residents. This Centre also houses the Elders Enrichment Centre at Kasturinagar where elders gather daily to involve in physical, social and cognitive activities including yoga and aerobics."
