Position Name - Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (L4)                                         

Location -Telangana, Base - Siddipet.

Reporting - Program Manager (BCI)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement M & E processes and systems according to BCI To C.

? Establish internal quality checks and assessments for monitoring, learning, and

performance management.

? Support the implementation team in preparation of annual plans( activity plan, training

plan, and continuous improvement plan) and RFPs.

? Support the Program Manager in regular monitoring of project results & risks and ensure

mitigation measures are put into place on a timely basis.

? Build the capacities of Producer Unit Mangers for operationalizing M & E system.

? Conduct support visits to Producer Units (PUs) to identify areas for improvement and

prepare reports.

? Support the implementation team in conducting program reviews and developing

Presentations and reports.

? Contribute to the creation of communications materials for strengthening the story of

Better Cotton.

? Ensure that all project staff maintain a high level of transparency, responsibility, and

Accountability in reporting of project results.

? Frequent travel to project locations (Adilabad, Jangaon, Nalgonda, Siddipet) to ensure

compliance against data reporting.

Qualification- Graduation in Agriculture and Deep excel Knowledge, Data Management.
