Saajha, a non-profit organization, is missioned to enable parents of children studying in

government schools to be partners in their child’s education. We are building an ecosystem

for parents to feel connected and supported in their efforts to impact the lives of children

and drive transformative change. Saajha, since its inception in 2014, has worked across

2000+ schools in Delhi, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Karnataka. Listening to parents has

Fellowship, Forbes India award, NASSCOM award for technology and Action for India Tech

Challenge.


About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to lead the programs in Delhi and

support team members to drive impact in their respective programs.

The role will entail closely working with the members of program teams, creating strategies

and plans for how parents can be supported through technology-based interventions and

community led programs. The role will enable the candidate to work with Leads of other

verticals such as M&E and Technology. It will also involve interacting and forging

collaboration with government stakeholders and other non-profits to drive the program

effectively.


Job Responsibilities:

Lead operations in Delhi by supporting a Program team of 20-30 people.

Work closely with Project Leads in planning for and developing projects, support

services for parents and create strategies for better support, and parental

engagement.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from the government and partner

organizations to plan programs and their rollout to support parents.

Work with vertical leads across Technology, M&E and other verticals to ensure

better integration and collaborative efforts towards the program.

Engaging with project funders along with the team to drive communication about

programs, deliverables and impact.


Job Requirement:

Minimum graduate (any stream)

5-8 years of experience with exposure to technology-based interventions, leading

teams & projects.

Experience of designing & implementing interventions on scale.

Ability to analyse data and draw insights that support ground level operations.

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders ranging from government officials to

partner organizations.

Openness to experiment and innovate with and without technology.

Good knowledge of Proposal writing, content designing, MS office and report

writing.

Resilience in the face of set-backs/bottlenecks.

Experience of working with parents and children through government or

non-government programs is desirable but not mandatory.

Remuneration:

The salary will be in the range of 60,000 - 70,000 per month (Negotiable for
