Job Profile

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our portfolio of project. You will represent the company and dedicate to create and apply an effective business development plan of GIAN.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through enhancing the profile of the organization and its supported organization & entrepreneurs, while forging strong relationships with the supported partners.


Writing grant proposals, business plans and identifying opportunities of growth for GIAN.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and successful stakeholders management.

Explore and research to new markets for the GIAN and its supported organization.

Increasing sales of GIAN supported entrepreneurs and business's.

Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.

Promote GIAN's and its affiliates products/services addressing or predicting partners objectives.

Design and prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Keep records of partners financial relationship and track receipts.

Provide feedbacks and maintain successful relation ship with partners.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.

Capacity building of partners through effective marketing plans for the partners.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and one local language in a public arena.

Requirement and skills.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.

Knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship and design thinking.

Experience of working in Non-Profit Sector.

Experience working in incubation environment at grassroots levels.

Proficiency in MS Office, Project management and exposure to BI tools.

Proficiency in English.

Market knowledge.

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

MBA in business administration or equivalent, sales or relevant field with 2-5 years of experience from a reputed institute.
