Roles and Responsibilities
•The person would be overall in-charge and responsible for running the agri related program on field in the selected location (Sehore).
•Study the overall FPO scenario in the given geography, identify the right FPOs who meet the criteria to work with Prachodhan Development Services.
•The responsibilities include conducting Need Assessment, Baseline Survey, communicating with stakeholders and beneficiaries about the project, conduct capacity building training with identified FPOs on relevant topics to achieve the expectations and goals.
•Provide handholding support and continuously evaluate the beneficiaries and other project users to gauge further support, satisfaction and success.
•Collaborate with other teams to solve the challenges of funding, capacity building, marketing and value chain investments.
•Managing deadlines and progress of the project on time and within the budget.
•Establish contact lists of Farmer Produce Organization (FPOs), training partners, market linkages, government agencies like NABARD, NCDEX, KVKs etc.
•Monitor and evaluate the progress on the ground, see areas of improvement, and communicate to the program manager.
•Document and present the progress in the formats of reports, PPTs as expected by the organization.

Person Specification
•Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture Domain
•Must have experience of minimum 1-3 years of field experience in agriculture domain
•Have functional knowledge and understanding of Farmer Produce Organisation (FPO), Farmer Producer Company (FPC) and have experience working with collectives
•Prior experience of Micro Entrepreneurship Development in Agri field is preferred
•Verbal and written communication in English for understanding the project requirements and explaining these needs to the PDS team and third-party providers.
•A person residing and with work experience in the job location as specified is preferred
•Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results.
•Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited.
•Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once.
•Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met on time.
•Leadership and motivation to guide oneself in making consistent progress.
•Goal-setting to set realistic deadlines and strategize daily weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress.
