Overview of the Program Operations/Delivery Team

The key responsibility of the Program Operations/Delivery Team is to deliver the program intervention to the children. It broadly involves planning the delivery, facilitation of sessions and data collection for impact assessment. The Program Operations/Delivery team is responsible for ensuring the required games and play materials are available at the Toybank Play2Learn Centers. In addition, the team is also responsible for supporting the teachers and coordinating with them and other stakeholders to bring visibility of the onground operations.This team will be the backbone of Toybank’s entire program intervention. The team will closely work with the Program Development team to provide feedback from on-ground about the programme content as well as with the Program Partnerships team to understand the feedback about the Program from the partners and work collaboratively to improve the delivery.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the program delivery:

• Inventory Management: procurement, packaging and dispatch of games to the partner organizations on time.
• Ensure delivery of the program as per plan through mentoring and managing the Senior Program Officers (Sr. POs)/Assistant Manager (AM).
• Periodic visits to play centers to monitor and evaluate the program delivery.
• Planning and execution of various projects related to program delivery.

Data analysis and Reporting:

• Ensure collection, documentation, maintenance and reporting of data required for monitoring and analysis of program delivery and impact assessment by Program Officers (POs) and Sr. POs.
• Analysis of data to draw insights into the program operations and impact.
• Provide visibility on the program operations and highlight perceived risks to the organization.

Managerial:

• Manage the Sr. POs and support Sr. POs in managing the POs.
• Project Management for various projects within the vertical.
• Build and ensure efficiency in the operations of the vertical.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders:

• Collaborate with the Program Development and Program Partnerships team to successfully deliver and improve the program.
• Collaborate with other internal teams for specific requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2+ years experience in managing program interventions.
• 2+ years experience in managing teams.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (or MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
• Readiness to travel anywhere within Mumbai and within Maharashtra on a periodic basis and sometimes outside the state too.
• Proficiency in Hindi and possibly Marathi
• Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team player mindset.
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
