Overview of the Program Operations/Delivery Team
The key responsibility of the Program Operations/Delivery Team is to deliver the program intervention to the children. It broadly involves planning the delivery, facilitation of sessions and data collection for impact assessment. The Program Operations/Delivery team is responsible for ensuring the required games and play materials are available at the Toybank Play2Learn Centers. In addition, the team is also responsible for supporting the teachers and coordinating with them and other stakeholders to bring visibility of the onground operations.This team will be the backbone of Toybank’s entire program intervention. The team will closely work with the Program Development team to provide feedback from on-ground about the programme content as well as with the Program Partnerships team to understand the feedback about the Program from the partners and work collaboratively to improve the delivery.
