Front Office Executive
VASCSC, a premier institution working in the field of STEM Education, is looking for a Front Office Executive.
Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree preferably with postgraduate education in office administration or management. Preference given to science graduates.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
Job description
· Manage the reception and visitors
· Keep front desk equipped with information
· Answer general queries, address complaints
· Answer and redirect all incoming phone calls
· Check, sort and forward emails
· Respond to routine enquiries, emails, correspondence
· Receive and redirect letters, packages
· Maintain inward and outward records of postage, courier
· Handle admissions, registrations, receive fee, issue receipts, maintain records
· Manage travel arrangements, bookings, bill payments.
Skills required
· Proven experience in similar role
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Comfort with computer applications
· Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi
· Skill to efficiently handle multiple queries
· Knowledge of database management, public relation desirable
Position based at VASCSC, Ahmedabad.
Fixed term appointment, initially for a period of one year; extendable
