Coordinate ESAF GARSHOM CSR project

Responsible for Baseline Survey, Need Assessment, research & analysis of data

Organizing campaigns, events

Conduct awareness and financial literacy sessions

Liaison with government departments, companies and agencies

Manage helpline number and provide support in emergency situations

Eligibility Criteria

Must have experience of Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the development sector

Have functional knowledge and understanding of migrant labour issues

Graduate in Social Work / Migrant studies / Rural Livelihood

Having a good analysis and problem-solving skills

Have a good verbal & written communication skill in Hindi, English & Malayalam preferred

Willing to be placed in Thrissur, Kerala
