Job Description

Age: Minimum 30 Years

Experince: Minimum 2 years of experince in the similar field

Salary: As per guidelines

Job role: The duties and responsibilities will be in the Home on a day to day basis.

You will bring your professional expertise to assist and advise us develop competences, and execute tasks:

Interact with the child received with a view to put the child at ease. ·

On receipt of information from the Police or on arrival of a child, conduct social investigation through personal interviews with the child family members, social agencies and other sources· inquire into the family history of the child and submit the report to the CWC.

Responsible for the care and development of the child. ·Reporting to the CWC.

Maintain children's record.

Gather information regarding child's education, vocational status and aptitude and emotional status. ·Have the necessary medical test conducted.

Prepare the Individual care Plan in consultation with the child.

Review periodically the implementation and effectiveness of the Individual Care Plan and suitably modify the routine activities with the approval of the Management Committee.

Participate in orientation, monitoring, education, vocational and rehabilitation programs.

Attend proceedings of the CWC and furnish all information and file reports.

Preparation of reports and sending them to relevant departments.

Participate in the pre-release program. Follow-up after the release of the child.

Participate in restoration of the child.

Any other work as directed by the Superintendent.
