Job Description

Job Responsibility-

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Create high-impact, rich and shareable digital content to inform, engage and mobilize target audiences around priority research and advocacy efforts, key moments and timely initiatives, such as report releases, events, and media and advocacy campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, sample social media, graphics, video, animations, and exploring virtual and/or augmented reality.
• Revamping of ISRN website with regular update and changes suggested by Management
• Develop strategies for promoting and sharing digital content via social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to engage and mobilize target audiences
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media to ensure organization’s brand, mission and initiatives are put forth in a timely, relevant, and positive way.
• Manage and produce digital events using Facebook Live, and Twitter chats.
• Build and strengthen relationships with influencers, including bloggers and other partners active on social media.
• Ensure timely data backup of each system, updating of software’s of each system
• Keeping systems in better conditions
• Handling IT related queries of team
• Report monthly and yearly on social media metrics
• Provide inputs and overall management of IT function in projects, events, programs
• Significantly increase ISRN’s social media followers and digital media engagement
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure social media activities
• Other task as assigned by the senior management.
• Should have hands on practise of Photoshop, Coral draw, illustrator, Canva and others.

Salary: upto- ?25,000 per month
