Job Responsibility

• Assisting in developing and implementing a strategy for GlobalHunt Foundation

• To grow in its programs and donor servicing lines.

• Which evaluates and highlights on ground impact created by GlobalHunt Foundation through its programs.

• In sharing ideas, concepts and strategies that can generate new business opportunities for GlobalHunt Foundation

Role

• Management of the operational planning and delivery of GlobalHunt Foundation projects and programs including workflow and resource management, monitoring and reporting of targets, resolution of issues and trouble shooting

• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive MIS on GlobalHunt Foundation project grants, files and mandatory documents of the projects.

• Develop a close working relationships with donors with matured handling of the relationships

• Provide supervision, mentoring and handholding to the team of location wise on field resources and ensure that results are delivered on time

• Work closely with other units of GlobalHunt Foundation, particularly the sales and communications teams to ensure that GlobalHunt Foundation’s programs are represented and positioned appropriately.

• Write project and grants proposals to generate funds for GlobalHunt Foundation

• Responsible for keeping all the systems and processes in place so as to ensure smooth monitoring of transactions & audits and handling donor complaints & managing risks

• Conduct assessment and monitoring field visits to evaluate the project implementation process.

Required skills

• Relevant background in CSR or government based programs

• Relevant background in managing project expense and timelines

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
