Job Title:
Cluster Lead- Operations (Hisar, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Jind in Haryana)
Position Overview:
The Cluster Lead will report to the Government Liasoning and Expansion Lead and support him or her in all academic aspects of the program. As part of the team contributes towards the implementation of the program, monitoring, problem-solving, capacity building, Government Liasoning, and other stakeholder management at the district.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a well–rounded perspective of the education sector, a flair for writing and the drive to create an impact, to join the team. The role will provide a space for the individual to contribute to the capacity building of team and stakeholders, and strategy making for the district while working in an open environment with other experienced professionals.
Liasoning with District/Block Government officials, schools, and community
Facilitate capacity-building workshops and conduct Monthly Teacher-Warden cluster sessions
Prepare monthly progress reports, permission/order letter, document best practices, case studies & success stories from the field to share with central team and Governments.
Supporting Teachers in facilitating English modules in their classrooms
Monitoring and day-to-day reporting of Associate Cluster Lead and handholding support to Field coordinators.
Regular school visits
Attend regular workshops with Research and Readiness team
Ensure implementation of Technology (IVRS and Tab Lab) in the KGBVs and support in related communication to schools.
Support in conducting Baseline and Endline Assessments in KGBVs
Support in conducting any district and state events
Report to state lead
Any other work assigned by the line manager/point of contact will be also part of the JD.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduation equivalent degree required.
3-4 years of work experience in the education/development sector is highly preferred.
Prior experience in projects related to teacher training
Experience working in a multilingual context
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in building & managing relationships.
Desired Qualities:
Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude and open to feedback.
The operating style suited to working in an organization setting, where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
Demonstrate a good level of intelligence, & social & self -awareness.
Have good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English and Hindi.
Should be comfortable traveling to Schools and attending workshops
Note: We would prefer if the candidate can drive and has access to a Two-wheeler.
