Donor Relation Officer

About the Organization

Bosconet is a non – profit organization a network of Don Bosco reaching out to 29 states of India. It

primarily focuses on mobilizing resources for Education, Skilling for sustainable livelihood, Women

Empowerment, Climate action and disaster response with an annual reach of 1 million young children

and Women in vulnerable situations.

Location: Dashrathpuri New Delhi

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Resource Mobilization and MIS (60% of the time)

? Reactivation and up gradation call for One time and Regular giving donor.

? Build up relationships on calls/emails/digitally with donors.

? Handling donor queries through calls /emails/digitally.

? Verify details and provide receipts to the donor as per requirement.

? Generate funds from new cold data.

? Need to achieve target set by the Organization.

Research and Development (40% of the time)

? Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work.

? Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in giving grants.

? Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers.

? Spot & plan new fundraising opportunities.

? Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop.

? Strategize and assist in executing fundraising campaigns.

? Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers & interns.

? Any other task assigned by the management.

Skills and Requirements

? Good Command over fundraising skills and techniques.

? Knowledge of donor CRM is an added advantage.

? Moderate typing speed and basic computer skills especially in excel.

? Good communication skills in English and any Hindi and other languages.

? Excellent telephone etiquette, negotiation and convincing skills.

Qualification

? Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of consistent performance record as a tele caller in

fundraising or marketing & sales.

Salary: 2, 40,000 (per annum - Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
