Job Description

• Office incharge in ensuring all the administration system is in practice & place.

• Organise regular and monthly meetings with the staff for ensuring the progress of the project.

• Analysis and regular evaluation of the project.

• Preparation of training modules and materials needed for the project.

• Prepare and submission of project reports as per the donor formats and time schedule.

• Interact with the visitors and ensure all donations in cash and kind are recorded with names, email ids, and contact details and appropriate receipts given.

• Creative in strategies planning for the progress of the project.

• Lead and Co-ordinate with staff and be clear in communication.

• Participates and converges in meetings with Departments/Ministries/ NGOs/ beneficiaries.

• Responsible for project review and follows up on implementation.

• Support the delivery of projects, taking responsibility for tracking the whole project, delivering some of the allocated tasks, supporting the project management tasks, and supporting reporting.

• Work to be done assigned by the Chairperson from time to time.
