Post Name- Project Coordinator/Facilitator
Overview of the Program-
We are looking for a qualified person for planning, implementation, report writing, management, coordination with team members under the project named “Community Empowerment Programme” running in Gawan block of Giridih district. Under the programme overall wellbeing of mica dependent families are ensured for their holistic development.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordinating of day-to-day activities.
2. Management of all programme related activities
3. Report writing as per requirement
4. Staffs coordination
5. Liaisoning with government departments.
6. Checking Documentation regularly.
7. Conducting weekly/monthly meeting.
8. Reporting to authorized person of the organization.
9. Leading livelihood, health, entitlement to Govt. schemes, education and advocacy related activities in the project
10. Monitoring of the project activities and handholding and capacity building of the project staffs
11. Coordination with finance department of the organization and verify the vouchers of this project. Also help the Finance person in preparing finance plan and financial report.
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Social Work/MBA and other
Qualities/Experience:
1. Should have 3 to 6 years of working experience.
2. Fluent in English & Hindi language
3. Writing and communication skills
4. Handling situation confidently, patiently and wisely.
5. Good knowledge of computer applications (MS office).
Remuneration: INR.25000 – 30000 Per Month (Negotiable) and field travel as per actual.
