Job Description

- 4-5 years of fieldwork and team management experience.

- Manage a team of 4-5 women field workers in the first three months.

- Manage a team of 20-25 women field workers past three months.

- Should be well-versed in Hindi and should have basic knowledge of the English language

- Should be efficient in using computer operations and MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)

Monthly Stipend would be 12,000-16,000 based on qualification and experience.
