Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV) and I Create have entered into an MOU for establishing many BICs (Business Incubation Centers) in the country to help the retiring army veterans, who want to embark on their entrepreneurship journey, with training, mentoring and handholding.

Facilitators for our Business Incubation Centres at Bangalore, Belgaum, Lucknow, Meerut

We are looking for candidates who

•Has Experience in Planning/ Managing/Organizing/Coordinating and Executing the Training Workshops with good communication skills in Hindi, English and local language.Has any Degree and is proficient in Computer use (Excel, Word and PPT)

Has 3 to 4 years of experience in similar areas or fields

Selected candidates will be trained in using the unique I Create Methodology and Content.

Roles and Responsibilities

a)Coordinate with designated Point of contact (POC) at the army center location for Outreach and conducting I Create Programs.

b)Enlist candidates for the program and conduct training using I Create Methodology.

c)Mentoring beneficiaries for Business Plan preparation and Handholding, including suggesting suitable Govt/Bank schemes for funding. I Create has developed a unique Biz Plan Tool for this.

d) Maintaining database of the beneficiaries for periodic follow up & compilation of reports.

Remuneration: In line with social sector norms. Range of ? 25,000 to 30,000 per month all inclusive.
