Designation:Programme Manager

Reporting To –Director/Associate Director

Joining Date: As early as possible

Experience - 6-7 years

Role Purpose :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to provide technical leadership, In Project management and will be fully responsible for timely and efficient implementation of all the project activities.

Programme Management:

• Understands the project management cycle and utilizes tools including detailed implementation plans.

• Achieves project results, and monitors appropriate benchmarks, targets and performance indicators.

• Articulates changes in project activities (if any) clearly and produces clear documents justifying changes, analysis of change impact, and budget impact.

• Systematically reviews risks and challenges to quality implementation and compliance and develop clear and timely mitigation strategies including resources required.

• Develops and implements a clear plan to strengthen programme quality and compliance in the project delivery.

Conduct budgetary and policy level analysis.

Expertise, skills and knowledge

• Master in development studies or social work

• At least 6-7 years of progressively professional work experience in design, implementation and evaluation of education programmes.

Experience in field work and meeting different stakeholders, advocacy, networking and Liaison.

Should have excellent communication and coordination skills.
