Qualification & Experience:
• Degree in thematic areas, public policy or social sciences, or equivalent education
• At least 3 years experience in development (including some thematic areas and crosscutting themes of AI CIJA’s work), and at least 8 years managing program teams
• Proven track record of negotiations and building partnerships with government, NGOs, and other development actors (networks, coalitions)
• Experience in designing development initiatives (in AI CIJA priority areas)
• Experience and skill in developing and monitoring program budgets
• Experience working in a multi-sector development and humanitarian organization is highly desirable.

Salary: Rs. 12,000/- p.m to 15,000/-pm on a contractual basis
