Managing cash and bank for the office.

Checking vouchers along with relevant documents

Vouchers entries in Tally according to project wise.

Staff monthly salary calculation

Preparation of Monthly BRS &CRS

Handling the EPF / ESIC for the staffs (if applicable)

Timely TDS calculation & deduction & deposit the same & submission of Qtr. TDS return, generation of TDS certificate etc.

Monthly Professional tax deduction & deposit the same submission of Yearly Professional Tax Return

Project wise utilization statement (Quarterly, Half yearly and Annually) should prepared for all the projects

Preparation & Finalization of Final Accounts (FC/LC & Combined) with the Auditor

Liaison with LHESC (head office) and DLES for any accounting matters

Handling External and Internal Auditor for Project and Statutory Audit

Procurement of assets for the organization as per norms of the organization

Logistic support for Administrative works of the organization

Support to project personnel preparing Budget or any financial requirements

Vendor Management

Visit to different project location for accounting purpose.

Timely liaison with the auditor for accounts work. Strong English/Hindi language communication skills and team work with other staffs are essential
