Job Description / Responsibilities: -

1. Develop and plan high quality employability training programme sessions supported by resources for learning.

2. Plan and deliver formal and informal training sessions, courses, workshops, mock interviews etc. to develop business/entrepreneurial skills, confidence and self-esteem to assist students to secure sustained employment.

3. Deliver training courses either face-to-face individually or in group setting.

4. Assist students in preparing themselves for employment and in the development of job seeking and application skills.

5. Support and prepare students to prepare high quality CV’s.

6. Support students to create portfolios of work, working closely with other staff of the companies to manage and integrate work.

7. Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of different aspects of the subject and of Fashion Designing training under the guidance of the Training Incharge.

8. Regular conducting the examination of the students, evaluation, tracking performance of the students.

9. Good working knowledge of computer is mandatory.

10. The applicant should have good knowledge in spoken and written English and Hindi.

11. Coordination with Administrative & Accounts Department.

12. Reporting directly to the Training Incharge

13. Handling additional responsibilities as and when delegated.

Desired profile of the candidate: The ideal candidate should have following traits,

1. The candidate should be having a master’s degree either in Economics, or in MBA

2. Command over subject and proficiency on English is must.

3. Teaching experience is mandatory, if worked with an NGO specially with underprivilege group of young people will be an added value for the position.

4. Knowledge about the business world and working ethos and culture of companies.

Desired work experience (in complete years):

Minimum: 3 Years

Maximum: 7 Years

Qualification – Postgraduate and Min 3 years
