ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Desired Qualification Any graduate or a Post Graduate (B.Com/B.A,MBA/MSW)

Desired Experience 7-10 years of experience

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

(Knowledge and skills needed for satisfactory performance of the job)

• Stakeholder management and ability to handle projects with minimal supervision

• Program management

• Advanced Excel skills for data lookup, validations, and formulae

• Record Keeping and Report writing

• Team player and should have a natural flair to engage in open communications

• Language proficiency in English and conversational Kannada and Hindi preferable.

• Presentation skills

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

• Ability and interest to work in the NGO sector

• A forward looking aptitude, resourcefulness and initiative

• Highly Organized, meticulous and ability to multitasking

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, Reporting Manager and HR.
