Job Description

This section illustrates the core accountabilities of the position.

Annual Budget & AWP Prepare annual work plan (AWP) & budget and share with the RM

Review and share the reasons for the deviations in the AWP with RM on periodic basis.

Field Visits & Review Meetings Organize fortnightly cluster meetings with CAs.

Mandatory 15 days field visits and submit QMIS reports

Attend monthly staff review meeting along with RM at respective locations.

Block level coordination with Government officials Share annual progress report with the Block officials

Block liasoning with government officials ( participate in Kit distribution,attend district leve lcoordination meeting )

Coordinate with block officials for running ASCs in school/community level venues

Submit Nanhi Kali profiles Create & update profile banks constantly

Identify potential Nanhi Kalis and submit profiles as per the need.

Validation of collected profiles and submit to Technical support team.

Dropout & replacement Finalize the dropout list and share with RM for approval.

Submit replacement profiles against the approved dropout list.

Monthly project report Submit monthly project report along with case studies to RM.

Community Engagements Participate in the monthly parents meeting along with CAs at selected ASCs.

Support CAs to resolve community level issues related to running of ASCs and attendance of NKs.

Recuritments & training Recuritment of CAs as per the set processes and guidelines.

Training to CAs by following the standard systems and processes.

CA honorarium statement Review the CA honorarium statement prepared by the AFO and share the final statement with MIS team.

Consolidate the CA honorarium statement and share with TO

Toofan Games Organizing Village & Cluster level sports activities

Learning & Development Organize location wise L & D session with the L&D department.

Setting up and running of ASC Finalize venue for setting up ASC

Update MIS data Update the changes in the MIS data in the portal on a regular basis.

Share the updated profile photo of NKs with Technical Officer every three years.

Special intervention for Class IX & X NKs Organize special intervention for Class IX & X NKs in all subjects as per the guidelines shared by ERP.

Facilitate admission of Class X NKs and resistration for board exam in coordination with school HM & parents.

Conduct career guidance session for all the class X NKs in coordination with the RM.
