JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To achieve the goals of the project.
2. He or she should be responsible for establishing of a strong network in the community & ensure KSWA objectives reach the target audience.
3. He must conduct Needs assessment survey
4. He or she has to do Impact analysis through systematic administration of activities.
5. He or she should Facilitate mobilization, enrolment and training.
6. He or she has to Track student progress
7. He or she has to do Impact analysis through systematic administration of activities.
8. He or she has to Maintaining Community relations & Developing YP Club.
9. He or she has to work as correspondent for examination and certification, success stories, photos etc
10. He or she has to take Active Participation in all events organized by the LDC.
11. He should Facilitate placement
12. He should Facilitate events, career fairs/exhibitions
13. He should also be responsible for all regular submissions to LDCs
14. Daily fieldwork is a must.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

1. Minimum Qualification is 12 th Pass, Graduate preferred
2. MSW/BSW or social service experience of 1-2 yrs
3. Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

?Salary

INR 12,000/- to 15,000/- No constraints for the right candidate
