Job Description :

Build a pipeline of Corporate CSR donors and individual donors willing to support Our NGO programs.

Continuous lead generation through extensive research, networking, and cold calling on behalf of NGO partnership

Build and coordinate new partnerships leading to concrete fundraising results.

Raise funds for the various projects as per the mutually agreed fundraising targets •

Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans that align with the organization's mission and goals—programmatic and financial team members and where applicable other consortium partners.

Develop fundraising campaigns and materials, such as appeals, newsletters, and online giving platforms.

Develop & nurture effective donor communication to build long-lasting relationships

Plan and coordinate fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity runs

Develop and manage a donor database, tracking donations and maintaining accurate records.

Work collaboratively with other departments, such as communications and program management, to ensure fundraising efforts are integrated and aligned with the overall organizational strategy.

build new relationships with major corporates and brands, especially with CSR Heads for long term

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to fundraising and recommend improvements to existing programs and initiatives.
