Job Description

Jan shikshan Sansthan Mirzapur is a scheme of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India requires Accountant cum office Manager at Mirzapur Location:

1. Maintenance of Accounts Record & Registers

2. Maintenance of Cash Book & Ledger

3. Updation of Expenditure on PFMS

4. Maintenance of Bills and Vouchers

5. Guard File

6. Inviting quotations for purchases

7. Payment of Bills, Salaries, Honorarium etc.

8. Preparation of accounts, UCs

9. Assist in audit (Internal / CAG)

10. Updation of Financial Data in JSS Portal

11. Checking of Log Book

12. Maintenance of Fee Record

13. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts

14. Maintenance of Grant & Development Fund Account

15. Maintenance of EPF Record (if any)

16. Maintenance of Donations & Other Income

17. Maintenance of Movement Register

18. Maintenance of Income Tax, TDS, GST etc.

19. Maintenance of Staff Service Register

20. Maintenance of Fixed Assets of JSS

21. Maintenance of Rent Agreement

22. Visit of training centers allotted by Director

23. Assist the Director in day to day affairs

24. Any other work related to accounts.

25. Maintenance of office ,its cleanness,records,

26. All logistic work related to office.


Eligibility : B.Com/M.Com/ with excellent professional skill of accountings . Minimum five rears of Experience of same field. Excellent computer skill with good speed in both Hindi & English Typing.

Remuneration: Rs 18000- 20000 P.M Contractual basis.


Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
