Qualifications & Experience:

• Any graduation having one to three year experiences • Minimum 5 years relevant field

experience

Job profile/ Scope of Work:

 Will work in close collaboration particularly with the Regional Resource Centre and

other units of SAMPADA

 Will assist the Regional In-Charge/Program Manager in planning, execution and

onitoring of the social component of SAMPADA.

 Will assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project

implementation.

 Will attend Gram Sabha (as per requirement) and conduct meetings of SHG’s in

common, SMS, VDC, checking SHG registers; update all the village level registers.

 Will conduct social and women related project level trainings.

 Linkage building between Govt. and line department for village development.

 To communicate all tools prepared by SAMPADA at village level and give proper

nformation for better development.

 Will work in close collaboration with all the colleagues and the internal departments in

your area of jurisdiction (concerned offices) and participate in all common tasks of the

RRC.

? Will contribute towards developing SAMPADA social database, documentation, training

modules preparation as and when required and Report preparation

 Will submit monthly planner and reports to the RRC-In-Charge.

 Will work and report to the RRC-In-Charge/Program Manager and will follow

instructions and guidelines given by her/him

 Any other work assigned by the organisation.

 Will work in close collaboration particularly with the Regional Resource Centre and

other units of SAMPADA

Compensation: Compensation package will be commensurate with qualification and

experience.
